Forbes Insights Approaches 15th Anniversary And Realigns Under New Leadership

Forbes’ Strategic Research Arm Invests in State of Sustainability Report

New York – September 13, 2022 – As Forbes Insights approaches its 15th Anniversary, the strategic research and thought leadership platform of Forbes announces new leadership – appointing long-time Forbes veteran Janett Haas as SVP, Forbes Insights. Under Haas’ leadership, Insights is realigning around three core pillars: data-driven content, proprietary research and proactive research with a focus on sustainability, talent/education, the enterprise metaverse and healthcare.

In addition to its annual proprietary research on CxO Growth, the Insights team is also investing in a report on the State of Sustainability, an annual scorecard that will measure how the world is doing in its efforts to create greater shared prosperity in a manner that is sustainable for people and the environment.

“Forbes Insights continuously develops the actionable insights and research methodology that help our clients solve their greatest challenges,” said Haas. “As we look to an uncertain future, more leaders will turn to data and research findings as they look to overcome market challenges, position their companies for growth and plan a path forward.”

Since its establishment nearly 15 years ago, Forbes Insights continues to power the most thought-provoking conversations amongst forward-thinking global decision makers. Forbes Insights has been used to showcase executive and corporate thought leadership at leading events including the World Economic Forum, NRF, CES and Forbes Tentpole events.

“At Forbes, we’re working to adapt and meet the growing needs of our clients as we monitor the industry climate, and we believe that our Insights business will continue to add immense value as brands look to leverage both a quantitative and qualitative research process that nets results,” said Jessica Sibley, Chief Operating Officer, Forbes. “Janett’s background in first-party research and strategic planning makes her well equipped to help Insights deliver data-driven perspectives, storytelling, original survey research and design-forward thought leadership content.”

Over the years, Forbes Insights has surveyed over 78,000+ executives for 1,000+ reports and pieces of content. Altogether, Insights content have achieved 18 million all-time pageviews on Forbes.com and won 23 industry awards.

Prior to overseeing Forbes Insights, Haas was SVP, Sales & C-Suite Community Lead at Forbes. She’s also served as SVP of Brand Solutions & Strategic Partnerships and she’s played a strategic role within Forbes’ CMO Practice. Haas originally joined Forbes in 2002. Previously, she held sales positions at Ziff Davis, Insight Express and GlamMedia. Haas holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from San Francisco State University and lives in Los Angeles with her family.
