Anything humans have created on this earth first appeared in someone's mind, in thoughts—in the brain. It is the brain where we see our dreams accomplished before it happens in reality. Thus, our brains direct our bodies, minds and spirits. It is said that human brains have unlimited potential and we use only a fraction of that. So it is important to know how to unlock and use this unlimited brain power you have, to level up your energy for success.

Success is finding what you are meant to be and then doing what is needed for it. Achieving what you want in your life requires continuous pushing and great commitment, motivation and resilience. There are no ready-made formulas; each of us has different trajectories, dreams, goals and challenges.

How can you activate your energy for success? These five tips will guide you to understand yourself, delete what is sabotaging you from achieving your best potential and train your mind and yourself to be "married to your purpose."

1. Recolonize your mind.

In life, over time we accumulate toxins, addictions and negative attitudes that harm us and build our perceptions, reactions, emotions and feelings and ultimately impact our life results.

To remove the toxins from our bodies we detox them; to cleanse our minds of unnecessary data—emotions, negative thoughts, stress, all non-useful things—decolonize the mind.

Start discarding everything harmful to you. Discard envy, discard complaining, discard jealousy and discard all other forms of negative behavior. Your brain is a supercomputer; format that computer, starting from scratch to reprogram yourself and build a new belief system.

Success happens when we take leadership of our inner selves and take control of our thoughts. As T. Harv Eker said, “Thoughts lead to feelings. Feelings lead to actions. Actions lead to results.”

Recolonizing your mind is regaining all ownership of your inner self and controlling your mind to work hand in hand with your performance, progress and success.

2. Understand your purpose.

No goal, no win. We need to know the destination in order to prepare ourselves to get there. Just adopting new habits is not enough; you need to have a destination (goal) to reach so that you are conscious of your purpose and the objectives you want to achieve. This "why" is important to be successful and is the beginning of your entire journey. Identify your talents and skills so that you can set five goals related to these skills and talents. Your purpose should be clear awareness of what you want for your present and future to be successful.

3. Manage your spheres wisely.

As social creatures, as individuals, we are not alone. Every person is associated with different spheres, like family, work or business and community. You need to prioritize yourself as an individual and also have to coexist with other circles. To manage this wisely, you have to decide which spheres and people are most important to you and, accordingly, give them due relevance in your life so that you know how to deal with and influence each of them.

For instance, you could have good results in your career but have bad results in your family goals. So, planning and managing different spheres is important. When managed correctly, each sphere interconnects and supports success in other spheres.

Life, alone or with other people, is an eternal learning process. Some reach equilibrium early; some take a lifetime. You are the only one who judges what you want and what makes sense to you.

4. Understand your 'succenergy.'

Our success stays within us. We just need to activate it to come alive. What is "succenergy"? The energy that works as fuel against the hurdles during the journey to success.

Success comes from the efficient management of your energy—when you have the energy you take action, fight and move against the odds consistently. How do you understand your succenergy? With seven principles:

• Be conscious of your purpose. Define specific goals with achievable objectives in all spheres.

• Be in love with your purpose. Submerge yourself within that goal—not forcefully, but with love. Just like maintaining a marriage, give time to your goals, and be focused. By taking baby steps, you build your empire.

• Plan correctly. You achieve efficient results with action plans that are aligned with your vision, strategy and purpose.

• Take positive action. Leadership and success are about taking action. Don’t be afraid to face fear; continue to move forward toward your future.

• Be persistent; consistency is the key. Yes, succenergy champions take action repeatedly until they win.

• Learn to appreciate yourself even in small successes. Be grateful for your micro-wins.

• Never give up in the middle; finish the execution. Perfection is when you finish what you have planned.

5. Train your auto-motivation.

Your motivation muscle is your fuel on this path to success. Motivation equals motive plus action. With motivation, you become disciplined to act and be consistent in achieving your dreams.

Use your inner power as a motor of self-motivation, re-energization and overcoming. Habit, experience, adaptation, discipline and routine are the possibilities that can generate effective results in your life. Motivation provides the energy and strength necessary to strive for and reach our goals, after a good detox of our minds. Start your day with a song you like, take 10 minutes to remember the things you feel most grateful for, smile, read your goals three times a day and practice meditation—among many others.

Conclusion

Success is the result of positive, oriented, consistent, motivated actions. If you think this is a lot of advice, start small. Choose the tips that make you most excited to try, and persist in learning by doing. Your dream is closer than you think. Activate your succenergy and unlock your success. “Fly above the wing;” the world is waiting to hear another success story. Shine.
