While I was hospitalized, my workplace contacted people I haven’t seen in years. I work in a small, close-knit office and was recently hospitalized for a mental health issue. The hospitalization itself was traumatic and unhelpful, and I’m still struggling. and she definitely knew I was going to be in the hospital.
