It requires the founders to be very involved onboarding users, sometimes one-by-one, into the product. I often use benchmarks like D30 >20% or projecting out M12 to be >30% to try to assess this. There were projects to help with A/B testing (Morpheus!), But more importantly, it should be qualitative.
