At first I was still a little resentful but I remembered your oft-stated advice that being second choice for a job is not a bad thing and often works out. I had many fantastic interviews and having a solid job really went a long way in giving me the strength to ask the hard questions and decline offers when they came my way. I had 2 interviews, was offered the position, and I accepted! I applied for the position and went through 2 interviews and a written test.
